UMG Inc., a privately held company headquartered in Harrison, New York, has entered into an Agreement in principle to acquire the Del Medical Imaging US business from Del Global Technologies Corp. (OTCCB: DGTC).
Both parties anticipate the transaction will be completed prior to December 1, 2009.
